John Treacy, CFO Intact Insurance USA

John Treacy, CFO of Intact Insurance USA, has spent his career in financial leadership with large, publicly traded organizations (companies like St. Paul Travelers and Zurich). He has been responsible for complicated financial transactions, substantial financial integration and divestiture activities and initiating and leading startup operations. John recently helped lead a successful insurance co. sale to one of Canada’s largest insurers. John has been successful in his roles as a leader because of his team and people-oriented mindset and the fact he is very flexible and adaptable in response to change. He always leads by example in relation to his work ethic. John says the workplace can be challenging, especially when there is a lot of change happening, and it is important to keep things in perspective and enjoy a good laugh from time to time.
